Shipping Policy – Hillbilly Shack Outfitters Last updated: December 2025 Processing Times All items are made-to-order. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Shipping Rates Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $6.99 Tracking Information A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages Hillbilly Shack Outfitters is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received, delayed by the carrier, or shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in initiating a claim with the carrier. Incorrect Address If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified. Multiple Shipments Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock and production location. Shipping Regions At this time, we ship within the United States only.
